KEY COMPONENTS OF A WILL
The key components of a Will are as follows:
1. Testamentary and Revocable Document. A Will speaks from the time of death of the testator. The testator can change the will or revoke the will while alive.
2. A will must be voluntarily made by the testator. Any will made by the testator under duress, pressure or undue influence can be set aside upon proof of duress or undue influence in Court.
3. A will must be in writing, properly signed, witnessed and attested to as required by law.
4.The testator must be of sound mind. That is, the testator must have sound disposing mind
